Legacy Matchmaking is a privately owned, exclusive matchmaking network providing curated introductions between members. Our company, Legacy Matchmaking, LLC ("Legacy Matchmaking"), reserves the right to deny service to any applicant for any reason. Members are admitted only after a confidential interview and screening process. Not all applicants will qualify for the services offered by Legacy Matchmaking.
By submitting an application or creating a profile, you represent that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and legally eligible to enter into a binding contract. Individuals who apply for or use Legacy Matchmaking services are accepted as members only when Legacy Matchmaking determines that there is a reasonable likelihood of a meaningful match. No warranty, express or implied, guarantees that a life partner will be found.
All profiles and any information presented to you are strictly confidential. You agree not to share, disclose, or distribute any personal information, images, or identifying details of other members or users to any third party.
Any referrals to third-party services, including styling, coaching, or photography, do not guarantee membership acceptance or the effectiveness of such services.
Legacy Matchmaking provides a highly personalized matchmaking experience. Services include, but are not limited to, introducing members to potential partners based on personal preferences and compatibility assessments. Specific services provided may be modified at Legacy Matchmaking's discretion.
Paid members agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for Legacy Matchmaking services. Fees are due upon acceptance of this Agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing. All payments are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise by Legacy Matchmaking.
Members agree to engage respectfully with all others and the Legacy Matchmaking team. Prompt responses to communications are expected. All information and introductions are strictly confidential. Screenshots, copying, or sharing of any member profiles, names, photos, or personal details is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate removal from the network without refund. Legacy Matchmaking prioritizes the privacy, emotional safety, and boundaries of all members.
Membership begins upon acceptance of these Terms and continues until the end of the agreed term, unless terminated earlier according to this Agreement.
Legacy Matchmaking is not responsible or liable for any actions, behaviors, or outcomes that occur following any introduction. Members are expected to exercise discretion and due diligence when meeting or interacting with others. You assume full responsibility for your safety and experiences.
Members agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Legacy Matchmaking, its officers, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from interactions with individuals introduced through Legacy Matchmaking.
Legacy Matchmaking provides services "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. No advice, information, or guidance provided by Legacy Matchmaking or its representatives constitutes a warranty.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Matchmaking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profit, or data, even if previously advised of the possibility of such damages.
Members agree not to bypass Legacy Matchmaking or engage directly with any introduced individuals outside the scope of Legacy Matchmaking facilitation.
Legacy Matchmaking is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, terrorism, internet outages, or government actions.
Legacy Matchmaking reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of revised Terms.
Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Pennsylvania. Arbitration decisions may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
By submitting an application or creating a profile, members consent to electronic communications, records, and signatures.
Members certify they are at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. All information provided must be accurate and truthful.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in Pennsylvania courts.
By creating a profile with Legacy Matchmaking, whether as a free user or paid member, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
